5 Best Communities for Real Estate Investment in Denver, Colorado

Have you been thinking about real estate investing in the Denver, Colorado area?

With so many neighborhoods and a rising population, this is a great place for an investment property.

Ready to get started? Read on to learn about five of the best communities for a real estate investment property!

1. Cheesman Park

If you are looking to be a real estate investor for long-term properties, Cheesman Park is a great area. The area is mostly residential with larger houses.

Cheesman Park is a large outdoor area that connects to the Denver Botanical Gardens as well. This area is perfect for playing with children, having a picnic, or going for a run or walk after work.

If you are going for a more residential area for your investment property, this is a great neighborhood for it.

2. Sun Valley

Sun Valley is another great neighborhood for an investment property.

This neighborhood is great for both long-term and short-term rental properties so you could do a little bit of both during your time of owning the property.

3. Congress Park

Congress Park is a beautiful place to be. So as an investment property owner, you'll be sure to have people knocking on your door to stay on your property.

Why?

Congress Park has some of the best schools in the area, so families with children are likely to do a long-term rental in Congress Park. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants and shops around the area to spend their free time wandering around and trying new cuisines.

While many people will most likely want to do a long-term rental here, there are also ways to do short-term rentals in the area, too.

4. Indian Creek

Indian Creek is a little west of the Cherry Creek area, another very nice neighborhood in Denver. It's more out of the way than other neighborhoods, so you don't feel as though you are truly in the city.

It is more residential than some other areas while also being home to the warehouse industries. There is also a bike trail right near here, so you can market toward the more active renter.

5. Hilltop

If you are looking for one of the safest, most affluent neighborhoods in Denver to invest in, Hilltop is that neighborhood.

It has some of the lowest crime in Denver and is home to some really high-end and unique boutiques and shops. It is also only a few minutes away from Cherry Creek for even more shopping options as well as dining options. Not only that but it is pretty centered in Denver.
